30th Birthday celebrations

HBS Radio is 30 this year!

To celebrate the 30 year landmark a number of events took place in September. These were:

30 hours of live programmes on the weekend of 16th/17th.
Football match against a team from Hallam FM at Millmoor, Rotherham on Wednesday 20th , sponsored by Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre.
Roadshow and fundraising collection in Fargate on Saturday 23rd.
A reunion of past and present members and presentation of Long Service Awards at the Rutland Hotel on Friday 22nd September, sponsored by the Rutland Hotel.
A joint programme with BBC Sheffield from the HBS studio on Friday 29th September presented by Rony Robinson. This went out live on BBC Sheffield and HBS Radio.
